I cannot say enough good things about my experience selling with Graczyk Thompson. The unit – which had been causing me tears on a daily basis – became a topic of positive conversation after I met with them on Zoom.


“You know that investment property in Australia? A dog is going to sell it for me!”


Not to minimize Pablo’s role as Chief Fetching Officer, but the efforts of Adrian and Matt set me at total ease. They were flexible with my time zone, responsive, professional and savvy. I felt like I could trust them to look out for me and do what was fair.


They were communicative with my tenant, secured fantastic photos and quickly set up an open house, which got us a buyer. After short negotiation, we had a full-ask offer and a unit under contract within a week of listing.


I was then passed off to Emelyn for the administrative work. She took the torch seamlessly, answering questions quickly and completely.


It is almost a shame that this happened so fast because I really enjoyed all of my interactions with the team – but even more importantly, it is a testament to the great work they did for me which I am confident they will deliver to any of their other clients as well.
